- Beantwortung von Anwenderfragen im Rahmen des 1st Level Supports
- Ticketbearbeitung und -verfolgung sowie Dispatching von Anfragen an entsprechende Fachbereiche
- Beratung der Kunden zur korrekten Nutzung der Software
- Grundlegende PC-Anwenderkenntnisse
- Idealerweise Erfahrung im IT-Support/Hard- und/oder Softwarebetreuung
- Vertrautheit mit TeamViewer
- Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse
- Fähigkeit zur klaren Kommunikation und zur Bereitstellung verständlicher Lösungen
