Als technischer Ansprechpartner im 1st & 2nd Level Support kümmerst du dich im Team um alle Anliegen rund um die interne IT-Infrastruktur (Windows):
- Administration aller IT-Services und Optimierung von IT-Workflows
- Sicherstellen der Betriebsbereitschaft von internen Software-, Hardware-, Server- und Netzwerksystemen
- (Mit-)Betreuung der virtualisierten Systemlandschaft
- Instandhaltung der Hardware und Ausrollen von neuen Devices
- Clientseitiger Support mit Active Directory
- Mobile Device Management
Darüber hinaus besteht die Möglichkeit, nach der Einarbeitung eine koordinierende Rolle als fachlicher Lead für den bestehenden Mitarbeiter im 1st-Level-Support zu übernehmen.
Neben einer abgeschlossene IT-Ausbildung (HTL/FH/Uni) bringst du Folgendes mit:
- Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in einer ähnlichen IT-Support-Rolle innerhalb einer komplexen IT-Infrastruktur Umgebung
- Erfahrung im Windows-Umfeld insbesondere mit Virtual Clients, Active Directory, Virtualisierung mit VMware
- Kenntnisse im Netzwerk- und Serverbereich
- Erfahrung mit Linux von Vorteil
- Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
