For the Austrian location in the south of Vienna (close to U6 station) we are looking for an Accounting Assistant (m/w/d) with a strong emphasis on accuracy!
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the preparation of monthly and annual financial statements
- Support in the preparation of VAT reports
- Support for controlling activities
- Prepare for Intrastat reporting
- Occasional accounting of invoices and receipts
- Perform general administrative tasks and organize office operations
Your Profile:
- Completed commercial education, ideally with further training in accounting
- First experience in accounting and interest in expanding this knowledge
- Experienced in MS Office, especially Excel
- Knowledge of accounting software is an advantage
- Excellent knowledge of English as a working language, German is an additional asset
- Independent and precise working style, team player, and highly reliable

You can expect a market-compliant gross annual salary starting from € 50.000,--, which will be individually discussed with you based on your qualifications and experience.
