Als Teil des 19-köpfigen IT-Teams bist du nach der angemessenen Einschulung für folgende Aufgaben zuständig:
- Betreuung und Weiterentwicklung der bestehenden Systeme (zB Output Management System, DMS System, MS Dynamics Navision, Cubeware BI)
- Begleitung von Neueinführungen
- Anforderungsmanagement, Changemanagement, Testen, Support
- Intensive Zusammenarbeit mit internen Fachabteilungen und externen Dienstleistern
- Abgeschlossene IT-Ausbildung (HTL, Universität, FH)
- Berufserfahrung in der Applikationsbetreuung oder in der IT-Infrastruktur
- Sehr gute Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse (und falls du zufällig noch Bulgarisch, Tschechisch, Ungarisch oder Slowenisch sprichst, wäre das ein toller Pluspunkt - ist aber kein Muss)
- Da du in dieser Rolle viel mit Menschen in Kontakt sein wirst, ist es wichtig, dass du gerne kommunizierst, ihre Anliegen und Bedürfnisse ernst nimmst und mit deiner Lösungsorientierung immer versuchst, deinen Kolleg:innen mit Rat und Tat zur Seite zu stehen.
