Chapter Lead

Vienna, Austria | Full-Time

Your Responsibilities:

• Recruitment, development, performance management, and retention of members
• Perform line management duties while maintaining agile methodology
• Foster a support and inclusive environment that promotes learning from mistakes and encourages innovation
• Support open communication channels that allow for greater knowledge sharing
• Act as a member of an engineering leadership group (discuss topics such as recruitment, roadmapping, etc.)
• Act as local point-of-contact in coordination with partners from various departments (provide support for issues relating to devices, software, and personnel)

Your Profile:

• 5+ years professional experience in agile/lean software development
• Experience developing in relevant technologies (C/C++, Java, Go, or Python)
• Strong communication skills and great team player
• Hands-on leadership experience
• Highly motivated and passionate about providing excellent quality products
• Proficiency in English, written and spoken
