We develop a new, sustainable, highly maneuverable, and environmentally accepted eVTOL propulsion solution for the 21st century with our CycloRotors. Our goal is to reinvent flying and make individual air mobility as normal as driving a car, opening the sky for everyone.

    The Chief Commercial Officer (CCO) will be responsible for driving the company’s business development, sales, and product marketing activities. The CCO will play a critical role in shaping the company’s short- and long-term commercial success and ensuring sustainable growth as a Tier 1 supplier in the emerging market of electric propulsion systems.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Business Development:

    • Develop new markets and establish business cases
    • Identify and establish strategic partnerships
    • Monitor industry trends and emerging technologies to capitalize on new opportunities
    • Develop and execute offer and sales strategies tailored to different customer segments within aviation or related industries
    • Establish and foster customer relationships
    • Establish and run a worldwide sales network

    Product Marketing & Brand Strategy:

    • Oversee marketing initiatives
    • Develop go-to-market strategies for products and services

    Leadership:

    • Work closely with the executive leadership team to define and execute the company’s commercial and development strategy
    • Provide leadership and mentorship to the team, fostering a high-performance and development culture
    • Represent the company at trade shows, industry conferences, and networking events

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, Aviation Management, or a related field
    • 15+ years of experience in business development, sales, and marketing within the aviation sector, preferably with automotive industry experience
    • Experience in eVTOL and start-up organizations is advantageous
    • Proven track record of driving commercial success in leadership roles
    • Strong industry network and experience with large and mid-sized organizations
    • Excellent negotiation, communication, and strategic thinking skills
    • Ability to lead cross-functional teams and foster collaboration across departments
