- Represent the company at trade shows, industry conferences, and networking events
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, Aviation Management, or a related field
- 15+ years of experience in business development, sales, and marketing within the aviation sector, preferably with automotive industry experience
- Experience in eVTOL and start-up organizations is advantageous
- Proven track record of driving commercial success in leadership roles
- Strong industry network and experience with large and mid-sized organizations
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and strategic thinking skills
- Ability to lead cross-functional teams and foster collaboration across departments

The CCO will play a critical role in shaping the company’s short- and long-term commercial success and ensuring sustainable growth as a Tier 1 supplier in the emerging market of electric propulsion systems.
