Our client is a privately held investment holding based in the Tyrolean Unterland. The company invests in both innovative start-ups and established industry players, operating across multiple subsidiaries and business sectors. • Provide strategic and operational support for the executive leadership
• Lead, coordinate and provide hands-on support across-company initiatives and projects
• Act as a sparring partner to executive teams (e.g., on investment decisions, due diligence processes, financial strategy)
• Develop and align financial operations across all group entities (e.g., standardized accounting, financial management processes)
• Handle and prepare briefings for executives, key partners, or clients
• Ensure seamless integration between strategy and execution

• Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or a related field
• Several years of professional experience, preferably in investment, start-ups, or strategy consulting
• T-Shaped competency: Deep in one area (e.g. ops, marketing, finance) but broad enough to cover many functions
• Intellectual sharpness, executional rigor, and strong business acumen
• Strong analytical and conceptual thinking skills
• Excellent communication skills

An annual gross salary starting at € 100,000 will be offered, with the final amount determined based on qualifications, experience, and individual profile.
