The Cardiovascular and Interventional Radiological Society of Europe (CIRSE) is a non-profit making, educational and scientific association aiming to improve patient care through the support of teaching, science, research and clinical practice in the field of cardiovascular and interventional radiology. Based in Vienna, the society represents more than 10,000 members worldwide. Our main mission is to provide education and training to our members to enhance patient care and to constantly improve the medical discipline of interventional radiology.

We are now looking for a new team member to join our Corporate Relations team. The Corporate Relations team is responsible for the management and nurturing of the society's relationship with its key corporate partners, exhibitors and sponsors.

Corporate Relations and Key Account Specialist
1010 Vienna | full time | immediate start


  • Management of corporate sponsor relations and key account management, including the coordination of sponsor participation at congresses, projects and initiatives
  • Promoting, selling and coordinating marketing opportunities offered to corporate partners
  • Event organisation and communication with corporate partners
  • Administrative support to the corporate relations team
  • Direct reporting to the Head of the Department and the CIRSE Executive Director

Essential qualifications

  • Fluent written and spoken English (C1 level)
  • Proficiency in MS Office tools (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook)
  • Strong organisational, analytical, time management and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to organise and moderate in-person and online meetings
  • A good team player, service-oriented, with a proactive mind

Desirable qualifications

  • Fluent written and spoken German (B2 or C1 level)
  • A degree in economics, marketing and/or sales or similar
  • Previous work experience in the field of marketing and sales or similar
  • Previous work experience in the field of medical associations or the healthcare industry

The minimum starting salary is € 2,500 gross, whereas an overpayment is possible based on the qualification and experience of the candidate.
