- Gemeinsam mit unserem Head of IT entwickelst du unsere unternehmensweite Datenstrategie weiter
- Dabei geht es vor allem darum, den wahren Wert unserer Daten zu identifizieren, unsere gesamte Wertschöpfungskette zu analysieren und in weiterer Folge unsere Prozesse zu optimieren
- Als Schnittstellenfunktion gehst du in den Austausch mit sämtlichen Fachabteilungen, d.h. du holst Anforderungen ein und analysiert diese im Einklang mit unserer Strategie und erarbeitest Themenschwerpunkte für unsere Steuerungsgruppe
- Der Aufbau eines Datenmanagements ist nur eines von mehreren Themen, die wir in deine Hände geben wollen
- Du fungierst als Datenbotschafter und sorgst für mehr Daten-Awareness im gesamten Unternehmen und hältst Schulungen
- Mehrjährige Erfahrung als Data Analyst und/oder Data Engineer
- Gute SQL Kenntnisse sowie die Fähigkeit, sich schnell in Prozesse reinzudenken
- Erfahrung im Stakeholdermanagement - du begleitest proaktiv und beratend durch Prozesse
- Erfahrung in der Dienstleitungsbranche ist von Vorteil, aber kein Muss
- Du verfolgst aus eigenem Antrieb aktuelle Trends und interessierst dich dafür was andere Unternehmen in dem Bereich machen - vielleicht holst du dir sogar gerne neue Inputs auf Fachkonferenzen
