Digital Project Manager (m/w/d)
East Central Europe


  • Expert in digital cloud connections between our Reverse vending machines and our customers' systems
  • Overseeing the integration of digital products and solution across East Central Europe (Austria, Hungary, Slovakia, Croatia, Poland)
  • Managing projects for digital product implementation
  • Designing of new APIs and interfaces on top of existing global TOMRA APIs and interfaces, which are designed, implemented and adapted from our Technical Support Hub in Norway
  • Cross-functional coordination with various stakeholders (internal and external) with the aim of promoting and optimizing digital interfaces
  • Work closely with different markets (primarly Sales and Technic), Technical Support Hub (TSH) and Group IT to build and enhance digital capabilities, fostering a collaborative environment
  • Regular communication with customers, internal technical specialists, and the sales team to jointly specify online solutions for local APIs and support development of global solutions
  • Assessment and evaluation of customer data requirements to identify opportunities for data modernization
  • Contract negotiation of online connections with customers (including SLAs for the regional solutions in close connection to SLAs from global solutions)
  • Troubleshooting and resolution of complex problems and incidents
  • 3rd level support for online connections within the Business Unit East Central Europe

  • Completed technical education or comparable qualification as well as experience in integrating APIs into various platforms and cloud-based applications
  • Experience in contract negotiations and the content of interface contracts is an advantage
  • Understanding business processes
  • Strong communication skills – excellent presentation and negotiating skills and you can communicate complex solutions to both technical and non-technical people
  • Excellent English skills – German and/or any additional languages (especially Eastern European) are an advantage
  • High sense of responsibility and outgoing personality who likes networking internally and externally
  • Proactive approach and like working in a dynamic environment with new processes in growing entities
  • Ability to travel approximately 20% of your working time
