Director People Operations Central Europe (w/m/d)
Change requires action and passion - Industry, OÖ Zentralraum
This position is made for people who enjoy bringing strategic concepts to life through operational excellence. You will be the face and driving force behind the People & Culture transformation in Central Europe. With around 70 team members at your side, you will reshape not only processes but also mindsets. You will master complex international payroll challenges just as confidently as sensitive works council negotiations, as well as operational personnel development (e.g. implementing performance and talent management processes, managing apprenticeship programs, organizing local training activities…). Your mission: implement global standards without losing local proximity. You lead through conviction rather than hierarchy and manage to provide trust and guidance even in turbulent times.
Your profile shows several years of HR leadership experience in an international, manufacturing industrial company. You are fluent in German and English, both written and spoken, and have already successfully navigated matrix organizations. Your strength lies in combining analytical thinking with emotional intelligence. You are someone who remains calm, even in direct and challenging communications, and always acts in a solution-oriented manner. Your credibility stems not from your title, but from your expertise and authenticity.
