ISG is now conducting the interview process on behalf of a world-leading engineering and technology company based in Vienna which creates systems and products for the production of green energy. The R&D team is growing and they are now hiring an Embedded Hardware Engineer to start and be onboarded in the upcoming months. This is a long-term position and you will have access to continuous training and development. Your role:

  • Design, implementation and testing of electronic automation devices (control and regulation devices) in a motivated development team
  • Development and integration of microcontroller-based circuits
  • Development and simulation of digital and analog circuits
  • Support in the unbundling of circuits with regard to EMC
  • Commissioning and testing of circuits for functionality and support in the verification of EMC

Your Background & Experience:

  • Completed technical training (HTL, FH, TU) in electrical engineering, mechatronics, electronics or microelectronics
  • Professional experience in designing microcontroller applications
  • Expertise in the design of circuits for signal conversion using AD and DA converters and their integration with microcontrollers is an advantage
  • Practical know-how with circuit simulation programs
  • Experience in designing electronic devices for the industrial market desirable
  • Competence in dealing with security relevant topics in the field of embedded hardware development is a plus
  • Expertise in designing circuits with reconfigurable components (FPGA, SoC) desired
  • Good knowledge of German (at least a B1)
  • Accurate, independent and team-oriented way of working
  • Occassional Travel
