Als Schnittstelle zwischen internen und externen Stakeholdern sind Sie für die laufende Prozessoptimierung des ERP-System Infor COM zuständig. Dabei übernehmen Sie noch folgende Aufgaben:
- Projektleitung für das Upgrade auf die neueste Version
- Anforderungsanalyse und Absprache mit den internen Fachabteilungen sowie externen Partnern
- Support und Schulungen der Key User sowie Anpassungen am System bei Störungen
- Durchführung von System-Tests und Dokumentationen
- Abgeschlossene wirtschaftlich-technische Ausbildung (Lehre, Matura)
- Einschlägige Berufserfahrung in der Implementierung und Beratung von ERP-Systemen (Infor COM - Key User Willkommen!)
- Sehr Gute MS Office Kenntnisse (Speziell Excel)
- Teamfähigkeit, Kommunikationsstärke und kundenorientiertes Denken
- Gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
