• Betreuung und Weiterentwicklung der Applikationslandschaft mit Schwerpunkt auf ERP- und CAD-Design-Systemen.
• Mitarbeit und Unterstützung bei Digitalisierungsprojekten zur effizienten Nutzung der Anwendungen, inklusive Updates und Lizenzmanagement.
• Fehleranalyse und Support im 1st & 2nd Level-Support.
• Schnittstelle zu externen und internen Stakeholdern
• Dokumentation von Prozessen, Anwendungen und Dienstleistungen.

• Abgeschlossene Ausbildung mit IT Schwerpunkt (Lehre, HTL, HAK IT, FH, Uni)
• Erfahrung mit der Betreuung von ERP-Systemen und von CAD-Design-Systemen
• Gutes Prozessverständnis 
• Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
