In dieser abwechslungsreichen Funktion betreuen Sie Neu- und Bestandskunden aus den verschiedensten Branchen. Bei den unterschiedlichen Projekten bringen Sie sowohl Ihr IT Know-how als auch Ihr umfassendes Prozessverständnis ein. Dabei übernehmen Sie folgende Aufgaben:
- Planung und Steuerung von ERP-Projekten
- Begleitung Ihrer Kunden bei der gesamten Umsetzung von der Pre-Sales-Phase bis hin zum Roll-Out inkl. Nachbetreuung
- Als Schnittstelle zwischen internen und externen Stakeholdern sorgen Sie für eine effiziente Zusammenarbeit
- Dokumentation & Überwachung der Projektfortschritte bzw. sind Sie für die Sicherung der Qualität zuständig
- Durchführung von Workshops und Schulungen beim Kunden
Zusätzlich können Sie mit Ihrer Erfahrung als Innovationsgeist an der strategischen Ausrichtung bzw. Weiterentwicklung des Projektmanagementteams mitwirken.
- Einschlägige Berufserfahrung im IT-Projektmanagement (ERP Kenntnisse von Vorteil)
- Fundiertes IT Know-how, gepaart mit breitem Prozessverständnis
- Projektmanagement Zertifizierung von Vorteil (IPMA- oder PMI-Zertifizierung)
- Sehr gute Kommunikations- und Präsentationsfähigkeit
