Your Mission
- Trusted Sparring Partner to the Management Team Europe & CFO of the Group
- Design and execute the ASTA Europe strategy
- Lead and inspire Finance & Controlling teams in Austria and Bosnia
- Drive all finance operations: reporting, budgeting, forecasting, analysis
- Ensure compliance with UGB & IFRS and oversee tax & statutory reporting
- Act as the go-to person for auditors, tax advisors, and authorities
- Lead digitalization & process optimization projects across sites
Your Profile
- Degree in business or finance (Uni/FH)
- Solid experience in accounting (UGB, IFRS) and controlling
- Industry know-how, ideally in manufacturing
- Strong IT affinity, advanced Excel skills, D365/Cognos a plus
- Fluent in English, additional languages a benefit
- Proven leadership & intercultural management skills
- Strategic thinker with strong project & process management expertise

- Compensation is based on the collective agreement for salaried employees in the electrical and electronics industry (FEEI) to Group I. We are prepared to offer a competitive, market-based package.
