Doka´s digital solutions include a wide range of digital services (SAAS, IOT,…) where our flagship initiative, Doka 360, is a customer-centric SaaS platform designed to support construction professionals throughout the entire lifecycle—from engineering and demand to logistics, material tracking, and returns.

As Head of Product Management and Operation Digital Solutions, you will be a key driver in building a modern digital business within a traditional industrial environment. You'll lead the entire product ecosystem—Product Management, Product Operations (CSM, CMS, CRM, GTM), and Product Design (UX/UI) — and scale an agile organization focused on customer value, product excellence, and operational effectiveness.

What You'll Do – Your Responsibilities

  • Build and scale a high-performing product organization with multidisciplinary teams, including Product Managers, Product Ops, UX/UI, and Data.
  • Develop and drive the strategic product portfolio across the Doka 360 platform and related digital services.
  • Foster a customer-centric and data-informed culture rooted in agile principles, product discovery, and iterative delivery.
  • Champion the shift from project-based execution to modern product thinking.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, sales, marketing, and operations to ensure alignment and business impact.
  • Represent the digital unit at executive level and drive adoption of digital mindset and agile practices across the organization.

What You'll Bring - Your Profile

  • 7+ years in product management and/or product operations, including 3+ years in a leadership position (leading leaders) in teams of +15
  • Experience building and scaling teams in SaaS, B2B, or platform environments.
  • Deep understanding of product ops, customer success, CRM, GTM strategies, and UX.
  • Proven ability to navigate and lead transformation in traditional industry contexts.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder alignment skills.
  • Fluent in English; German is a plus.

For this position, we offer a market-compliant salary based on your qualifications and relevant professional experience.
We are legally required to state the minimum salary for this position. According to the collective agreement for the wood processing industry, the annual gross minimum salary for a full-time position is EUR 52,346.
