ICT-Specialist Identity Management (f/m/d) As an IT Project Manager (f/m/d), you will work alongside your international colleagues from a wide range of company departments. A special focus in this role is on IT security-related projects. Another focus is Identity Management and Access Management (IDM, PAM, PIM). You will be supported by outsourcing partners with whom you will be jointly responsible for the careful implementation of the projects. You will also take on any other IT-related projects that may arise. Your responsibilities: * Assume responsibility for the accompanying security design and securing our global systems through identity and access systems * Analyze the current situation and develop solution concepts and project plans * Act as a contact person for all aspects of identity and access security * Monitor and verify project implementation together with our partners * Design and visualize relevant KPIs Your qualifications: * Completed technical education (HTL, university, or university of applied sciences), ideally with an IT focus * Several years of professional experience and knowledge in IAM (AAA in general, LDAP, SAML, IDM systems, Active Directory, Office 365, etc.) as well as security management processes (ITIL, Security Incident and Problem Management) * High level of coordination skills (acquired through participation in various IT projects) to recognize complex issues and interrelationships * Independent and structured working style, open and clear communication, a focus on teamwork, and enjoyment of working on international projects * Excellent German and English skills We offer: * Life balance through flexible working hours and individual freedom * Performance-based pay and attractive bonus systems * Personal and professional development opportunities * Ongoing training * Voluntary social benefits through our PALfit corporate health management program We offer an attractive and performance-related salary, which is based on your qualifications and professional experience and can be significantly above the "Kollektivvertrag" (= collective labor agreement) for this position (Kollektivvertrag minimum based on full-time employment is EUR 52.197,04 per year).
