For the expansion and further development of the Digital Workplace, we are looking for an Inhouse Consultant Microsoft 365 in the group headquarters located in south of Vienna.

Inhouse Consultant w/m/d Microsoft 365

Your tasks:

• Provision and support of Microsoft 365 services, in particular MS Office, MS Teams, MS OneDrive, MS Power Apps / Automation, and MS Azure AD
• Strategic, conceptual and technological development of the corporate intranet based on Microsoft Sharepoint
• Conception and implementation of projects to standardize the tenant structure together with external service providers
• Ongoing monitoring of MS services usage to identify optimization potential
• Implementation of improvements for increased user experience
• Consulting and user training for colleagues in the group companies
• License management and internal contact point for licenses of Microsoft Online Services
• Processing of support requests
• Participation in international IT projects, support of the Digitalization Project Manager

Your profile:

• Completed education with a focus on IT or technology (higher technical college or university)
• Distinct knowledge and practical experience in the Microsoft 365 product portfolio with a focus on
• MS Office
• MS Teams
• MS OneDrive
• MS Sharepoint
• MS Power Apps / Power Automate
• MS Azure AD
• Strong communication skills, integrity and consulting skills
• Dynamic, open nature and enjoying international teamwork
• Analytical mindset and ability to reflect
• Interest in digitalization, new technologies and trends
• Excellent command of English
