Aktive schriftliche und telefonische Kundenbetreuung (B2B)
Erfassung und Bearbeitung von Anfragen und Aufträgen
Erarbeitung von Lösungsvorschlägen für Kunden
Angebotserstellung sowie Nachverfolgung von Produktions- und Lieferterminen
Zusammenarbeit mit Kolleg:innen im Innen- und Außendienst

Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung
Berufserfahrung in einer vergleichbaren Position im Vertrieb
Versierter Umgang mit MS-Office, SAP und CRM-Tools erforderlich
Hohe Serviceorientierung sowie Kommunikationsstärke
Strukturierte, eigenständige Arbeitsweise
Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse, Englisch auf Niveau B2
