Das Kerngeschäft unseres Auftraggebers ist die Unterstützung der (Inhouse) Kunden in ihrem Bestreben, die Geschäftsprozesse IT-seitig permanent zu optimieren. Eine wichtige Rolle dabei spielt das Team Projektmanagement, wo Infrastruktur- und Applikations-Projekte gesteuert werden. Wir suchen motivierte, empathische und lösungsorientierte Personen, die ihre Expertise aus dem Infrastrukturbereich einbringen können.

Unser Kunde hat mehrere Standorte (an denen das Team präsent ist) und ist daher offen für Bewerbungen aus Wien, Oberösterreich und der Steiermark.

In Ihrer neuen Position übernehmen Sie die Gesamtprojektverantwortung und Projektleitung für Projekte im Bereich IT-Infrastruktur. Dabei

stehen Sie als Ansprechpartner für interne und externe Stakeholder (innerhalb der Konzerngruppe) zur Verfügung und stellen sicher, dass alle ein gemeinsames Ziel verfolgen
koordinieren Sie interdisziplinäre und internationale Projektteams
stellen Sie sicher, dass ein guter Projektablauf gewährleistet ist und übernehmen laufendes Projekt-Controlling sowie unterstützendes Bereichs-Reporting
identifizieren Sie Risiken frühzeitig und räumen diese aus dem Weg

Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der Leitung von IT-Infrastruktur-Projekten
Erfahrung im Stakeholdermanagement und Fähigkeit, sich in die verschiedenen Perspektiven der Projektbeteiligten hineinzuversetzen
Lösungsorientierte, strukturierte und proaktive Arbeitsweise
Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
Moderate Reisebereitschaft (ca. 15% je nach Projektphase)
