Als Security Architect trägst du die technische Verantwortung für den Auf- und Ausbau der IT-Security Strategie. In enger Zusammenarbeit mit deinen IT-(Security)Kollegen, bist du für folgende Themen verantwortlich:
- Analyse der bestehenden IT-Systemarchitektur und Bewertung von Risiken (Baseline-Evaluierung)
- Konzipierung einer State-of-the-Art Security-Architektur inkl. Evaluierung von geeigneten Tools (Fokus Microsoft)
- Unterstützung in der technischen Umsetzung der Lösungen - Stichtwort: hands-on
- Definition von (technischen) Business Continuity und Disaster Recovery Maßnahmen in Zusammenarbeit mit dem Information Security Management
- Schnittstelle zu den internen IT-Kollegen (Beratung, Projektbegleitung)
- Überprüfung der internen Systeme auf Schwachstellen (gemeinsam mit ext. Dienstleister)
Um die Aufgabe, eine neue Security-Architektur aufzubauen, bestmöglich erfüllen zu können, solltest du auf jeden Fall Gestaltungswillen, Eigeninitiative und Folgendes mitbringen:
- Abgeschlossene IT-Ausbildung - idealerweise auf Hochschulniveau und mit IT-Security Schwerpunkt
- Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im technischen IT-Security-Bereich
- Fachspezifisches Wissen im Bereich Security-Technologien (SIEM, Vulnerability Scans, Endpoint Protection, Cloud Security, etc.)
- Fundiertes IT-Infrastruktur-Knowhow im MS-Umfeld (Server, Netzwerk, Cloud)
- Grundlegende Kenntnisse rund um Zertifizierungsstandards und Frameworks (ISO27001, NIS2, etc.)
- Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse
- Fachliche Verantwortung für den technischen Security-Bereich und einen Mitarbeiter.
- Eine Security-Abteilung, die auf der "Grünen Wiese" neu aufgebaut wird, mit dementsprechendem Gestaltungs- und Handlungsspielraum.
- Aufgaben- und Themenstellungen, welche einem Start-up gleichen, gepaart mit der Stabilität und dem finanziellen Rückhalt eines Großunternehmens.
