In dieser Position bilden Sie die Schnittstelle zum externen IT-Dienstleister und sind maßgeblich für dessen Koordination zuständig. Dabei sind Sie insbesondere mit folgenden Aufgaben betraut:
- Abwicklung von Angeboten und Vertragsthemen
- Analyse und Kontrolle der vereinbarten SLAs
- Prüfung von Abrechnungen sowie Budgetplanung und laufendes Kostenmanagement
- Prozessoptimierung und Gewährleistung der Qualität des Servicedesks
- Administrative und organisatorische Themen innerhalb der IT-Abteilung
- Abgeschlossene Ausbildung mit IT-Schwerpunkt (HTL, Uni oder FH)
- Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in einer ähnlichen Position
- Knowhow im Bereich Angebotsabwicklung und Budgetplanung
- Ausgeprägtes Zahlenverständnis sowie sehr gute Excel-Kenntnisse
- Sprachliche Gewandtheit und Verhandlungsgeschick
- Sie verantworten ein breites Aufgabengebiet, in dem Sie Ihre Serviceorientierung und IT-Affinität entfalten können
