In dieser Position bist du gemeinsam mit deinem Team für den IT-Support im Unternehmen zuständig. Folgende Themen erwarten dich dabei:
- 1st und 2nd Level Support
- IT-seitiges On- und Offboarding von Mitarbeitenden
- Mitarbeit in IT-Projekten
- Testen, Implementieren bzw. Rollout neuer Tools und Systeme
- Unterstützung im Server- und Netzwerkbereich (bei Interesse)
- Mindestens 2-3 Jahre Erfahrung im IT-Support
- Sehr gute Kenntnisse rund um Windows Clients
- Idealerweise auch bereits erste Servererfahrung
- Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
- Lösungsorientierte und strukturierte Arbeitsweise
