Unser Kunde ist ein Startup eines namhaften Logistikkonzerns. Du unterstützt die Mitarbeiter Vorort in der Zentrale Wien und sicherst somit die nationalen und internationalen Leistungen des Unternehmens. Das IT-Team sorgt dabei für den reibungslosen Ablauf aller Geschäftsprozesse.
<p>Nach einer strukturierten Onboarding-Phase durch deinen direkten Kollegen im Clientbereich übernimmst du mit diesem unternehmensintern folgende Aufgaben:</p>

<ul>
<li>Vorort Ansprechpartner für die Mitarbeiter bzgl. der lokalen IT-Infrastruktur und Schnittstelle zu den externen IT-Dienstleistern, anderen Standorten & Tochterunternehmen</li>
<li>Bearbeitung von Support-Anfragen und ggf. Weitergabe an andere Standorte</li>
<li>Einrichtung von Arbeitsplätzen</li>
<li>Hardwaremanagement und -bestellung</li>
<li>Betreuung der MS365 und Citrix Applikationen</li>
<li>Initiierung und Umsetzung von Projekten zur Weiterentwicklung der IT-Infrastruktur</li>
</ul>
<p>Neben deiner kommunikativen und lernwilligen Persönlichkeit bringst du folgende Anforderungen mit:</p>

<ul>
<li>Abgeschlossene IT-Ausbildung (Lehre, HTL) und erste Berufserfahrung in der IT-Infrastruktur</li>
<li>Erfahrung mit Windows-Betriebssystemen (Windows 10)</li>
<li>Idealerweise Kenntnisse rund um MS365, Active Directory, Citrix</li>
<li>Großes Interesse an der strategischen Weiterentwicklung der IT-Infrastruktur sowie an der Abwicklung von Projekten</li>
<li>Eigenverantwortliche Arbeitsweise und ebenso Freude an Teamarbeit</li>
<li>Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse</li>
</ul>
