In dieser vielseitigen Position bist du die zentrale Schnittstelle zwischen Kunden, Vertrieb und internen Abläufen. Zu deinen Aufgaben zählt:

Betreuung unserer Kunden von der Angebotserstellung über die Auftragsabwicklung bis hin zur Kommissionierung und zum Versand
Pflege und Aktualisierung von Kundendaten im Warenwirtschaftssystem
Ansprechpartner für Kundenanfragen und deren professionelle Abwicklung
Organisation und Koordination administrativer Abläufe im Team

Abgeschlossene kaufmännische oder technische Ausbildung
Erfahrung im Innendienst (Verkauf, Einkauf, Marketing, Administration, o. Ä.9
Erfahrung mit ERP-Systemen, idealerweise BMD NTCS
Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
Selbstständige und strukturierte Arbeitsweise sowie ausgeprägtes Organisationstalent
Durchsetzungsstärke sowie Ruhe und Überblick auch in stressigen Situationen
