Marketing Manager Oncology (m/d/f)

Main tasks and responsibilities:
- Develop and optimize the Nubeqa brand strategy in collaboration with the cross-functional country team based on a solid understanding of omnichannel marketing tools and scientific data
- Take responsibility for the timely development and localization of materials and content for all marketing channels and events according to the cross-functional team strategy
- Collect customer feedback on engagements and materials, sharing relevant insights and action recommendations with the team
- Prepare training sessions for the Customer Engagement Team to support the use of materials and execution of planned engagements
- Analyze data and customer needs and barries in the patient journey to derive insights into customer behavior and key accounts, co-developing valuable solutions with the team
- Plan and execute national engagement formats and events tailored to customer needs
- Evaluate outcomes and impacts of all engagements in quarterly retrospectives to enhance customer value and experience
- Identify and consolidate information on growth opportunities, competitive developments, and customer needs for flexible resource planning
- Stay updated on the latest clinical data, brand strategies, competitve landscape and internal tools

You are open to new challenges and have the following qualificatons / experience:
- Education: Bachelor´s degree & 5-7 years of relevant experience
- Experience: Agile working methods & good project management skills
- Skills: Excellent facilitation (small/large groups) & strong technical/digital skills
- Mindset: Creative mindset with the ability to listen, learn, and implement innovative solutions from the customer perspective
- Interpersonal: Strong intercultural skills & relationship building
- Resilience: Ability to work independently in complex, cross-functional environments

- The gross annual salary for a full-time basis for this position is EUR 80.000,-- (14 salaries) depending on your qualifications and professional experience.
