Online Marketing Manager (m/f/x)

100% Home office/ Vienna / Berlin

Your tasks:

• Responsibility for the whole CRM/Marketing Automation Strategy, as well as for their continuous improvement
• Collaboration with the BI team to create Segmentation/Customer Evaluation Models as well as to integrate these in the Marketing Mix
• Strategic and operative execution of the B2C email campaigns (concept, implementation, analysis and optimisation)
• Responsibility for the topic of Conversion Optimisation: Improvement of the content through A/B Testing as well as role of being the contact person for colleagues in the areas Performance Marketing and Product

Your profile:

• Several years of B2C experience in CRM and Marketing Automation
• Financial market expertise is considered to be an advantage
• Passion for data, outstanding quantitative and qualitative capabilities as well as understanding of KPIs
• Expertise regarding Email and Marketing Automation Tools, experience with Marketo considered an advantage
• Very good handling of Analysis and A/B Testing Tools (f.e. Google Analytics, VWO etc.)
• Superb text creativity
• Highly motivated attitude and autonomous work mentality
• Company-oriented way of thinking and capacity to contribute to a fastly growing company
• Outstanding knowledge of German and English
