Als verantwortlicher Product Owner liegt deine Hauptaufgabe in der Entwicklung und Optimierung des E-Invoicing-Tools. Egal, ob du nach Scrum oder Kanban arbeitest, deine Schwerpunkte sind dabei folgende:

Verantwortung für die langfristige Produktstrategie und Vision, um die Ausrichtung des Teams auf klare Ziele sicherzustellen.

Erstellung und Pflege des Backlogs, um sicherzustellen, dass die Prioritäten klar definiert und stets aktuell sind.

Zentrale Rolle in der Gestaltung des Produktdesigns und der User Experience (UX), um sicherzustellen, dass das Produkt benutzerfreundlich und ansprechend ist.

Intensive Auseinandersetzung mit Compliance-Anforderungen und Gesetzgebungsthemen, um sicherzustellen, dass das Produkt allen rechtlichen Standards entspricht.

Kontinuierliche Marktanalyse und effektive Kommunikation mit verschiedenen Stakeholdern, um wichtige Erkenntnisse für die Produktentwicklung zu gewinnen und Kundenanforderungen zu berücksichtigen.
- Abgeschlossene Ausbildung mit IT-Schwerpunkt (Uni, HTL, FH).
- Langjährige Berufserfahrung als Product Owner, Produktmanager oder in ähnlichen Positionen.
- Sehr gute Englisch- und Deutschkenntnisse sind erforderlich.
- Kenntnisse im Bereich UI/UX oder Finanzen sind von Vorteil.
- Proaktive Persönlichkeit die gerne über den Tellerrand hinausblickt.
