The program lead is responsible for the overall coordination and monitoring of the European Chips Act program at ams OSRAM. This comprises internal as well as external communication and reporting. He/she supervises the achievement of the KPIs of this program. The program lead is supported by teams in the specialist departments which are responsible for the execution of the program within their organizations, that is Finance & Controlling, External Relations & Change Management, External Collaborations & Spill Over, and Operations Planning.
- Leads the overall program according to the program scope and the contractual obligations outlined in the funding contract
- Leads the risk management. Identifies risks and develops mitigation measures with the teams and monitors their execution
- Ensures an efficient usage of the financial funding to strengthen the manufacturing footprint and increase the competitiveness of the site Premstaetten
- Reports the overall program progress, deviations and corrective measures
- Consolidates the necessary reporting towards authorities
- Prepares, coordinates, and guides external audits related to the program
- Master's degree or higher in Engineering, Technical Sciences or a related technical field is an advantage
- 5+ years of experience in manufacturing, preferably in the semiconductor or electronics industry
- Project and program management skills, preferably certified project manager
- Excellent analytical, communication, and leadership skills
- Fluent in English and German
