The Regulatory Affairs department ensures that products comply with applicable regulations and standards. A key function is Product Labeling, which guarantees that product information, instructions for use, and safety data are not only accurate but also fully compliant. Within this group, the Translation Management Team plays a vital role in ensuring that multilingual product documentation is consistent, clear and tailored to meet the specific regulatory requirements of each global market.


  • Coordinate translations of user manuals
  • Revise English source texts and prepare documents using our CAT tool (memoQ) for external translation provider
  • Translate user manuals
  • Support terminology management
  • Inspect and review incoming translations, manage layout coordination and submit finalized user manuals via our internal electronic quality management system

  • University degree in Translation Studies or a related field
  • Excellent English skills (written and verbal), additional foreign languages are a plus
  • Proficient in CAT tools, ideally memoQ
  • Strong MS Office skills
  • Detail-oriented, structured work style and team player personality

Minimum Salary
Salary will be determined based on professional experience; the formal minimum salary according to Collective Bargaining Agreement is € 46,781.00 for fulltime 38.5 hours/week.
