Als einer der renommiertesten Bauprojektdienstleister Österreichs, wickelt unser Kunde komplexe Hochbau-Großprojekte und Bauvorhaben der öffentlichen Hand, in der Hotellerie und im Healthcare-Bereich ab.

Aufgrund der ausgezeichneten Auftragslage und der wachsenden Anzahl an Projekten, wurden wir mit der Suche nach Verstärkung in der bautechnischen Projektabwicklung beauftragt.
In dieser äußerst spannenden Rolle realisieren Sie großvolumige Hochbauprojekte und werden mit folgenden Aufgaben betraut:

<li>Ganzheitliche Leitung des Bauprojekts</li>
<li>Verantwortung für das Kosten-, Termin- und Qualitätsmanagement</li>
<li>Durchführung von (Bau)Besprechungen mit Architekten, Bauteam und Bauherrn</li>
<li>Kompetente Koordination aller beteiligten Parteien</li>
<li>Stakeholder-Kommunikation und Stakeholder-Management</li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>Abgeschlossenes Studium (FH, TU) im Bereich Bauingenieurwesen, Baumanagement oder Architektur</li>
<li>Begeisterung für die Abwicklung von Großprojekten im Hochbau</li>
<li>Kenntnisse und Erfahrung im Bundesvergabegesetz von Vorteil</li>
<li>Sehr gute Umgangsformen und kommunikative Fähigkeiten</li>
<li>Gute EDV Anwender Kenntnisse, insbesondere Baukostenmanagement-Software, MS Excel und MS Visio von Vorteil</li>
<li>Teamfähigkeit</li>
