Our client is part of a globally leading company in the field of food and feed safety, with a focus on natural feed additives and food analysis. The site in Lower Austria (Getzersdorf) plays a central role in the global network for feed additives and sustainable animal health solutions.
Responsibilities:

Troubleshooting ERP and logistics issues in global SAP systems

Resolving technical quality and customs-related issues in the SAP environment

Monitoring IDOCs and interfaces to ensure smooth transaction flows
-
Maintaining and validating critical logistics-related master data
-
Analyzing recurring system or data issues and developing sustainable solutions
-
Using reporting tools to harmonize and optimize processes and systems
-
Documenting support cases and contributing to training materials
-
Supporting users with SAP and ARIBA-related queries
-
Aligning system processes in collaboration with cross-functional teams
-
Supporting ERP testing, go-lives, system transitions, and post-go-live stabilization
Qualifications:
-
Minimum of secondary school diploma (Matura) and solid professional experience in logistics, business administration, or IT
-
At least 3 years of hands-on experience with SAP ERP in the modules SD, MM, and LE
-
Proven ability to monitor and resolve IDOC/interface issues in ERP systems

Strong skills in supporting transactional processes and maintaining master data

Excellent English skills, both written and spoken, German is a plus
