Your new responsibilities
- Serve as primary point of contact between the business and IT for MM related processes
- Support the implementation, enhancement and maintenance of SAP MM functionalities
- Provide first level support for SAP MM users, resolving issues and manage escalations
- Conduct user training sessions and create user Manuals
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure end-to-end integration of MM with other SAP modules
- Perform data validation, analysis and cleanup to ensure accuracy of procurement master data
- Participate in testing activities, including integration testing and UAT during SAP system updates or project rollouts
- Vocational training in a commercial, technical, or IT-related field; alternatively, a Bachelor's degree (e.g., in business informatics, production engineering, or industrial engineering)
- Hands-on experience with SAP (preferably MM module) and knowledge of SAP integration points between modules
- Experience in process documentation, user training, and change Management
- SAP training or certification
- Familiarity with master data management
- Strong problem solving, communication and stakeholder management skills
- Proficiency in English; German language skills are beneficial
