Your new responsibilities


  • Serve as primary point of contact between the business and IT for MM related processes
  • Support the implementation, enhancement and maintenance of SAP MM functionalities
  • Provide first level support for SAP MM users, resolving issues and manage escalations
  • Conduct user training sessions and create user Manuals
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure end-to-end integration of MM with other SAP modules
  • Perform data validation, analysis and cleanup to ensure accuracy of procurement master data
  • Participate in testing activities, including integration testing and UAT during SAP system updates or project rollouts

  • Vocational training in a commercial, technical, or IT-related field; alternatively, a Bachelor's degree (e.g., in business informatics, production engineering, or industrial engineering)
  • Hands-on experience with SAP (preferably MM module) and knowledge of SAP integration points between modules
  • Experience in process documentation, user training, and change Management
  • SAP training or certification
  • Familiarity with master data management
  • Strong problem solving, communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Proficiency in English; German language skills are beneficial
