Scrum Master

Your tasks

• Demonstrate transparency and assertiveness, being both a competent team leader and a reliable team player
• Be curious and proactive to improve internal processes
• Share ideas and embrace the values of the company culture
• Enhance collaboration across teams to effectively achieve common goals

Your profile

• Proficient in agile development values/principles and frameworks such as Scrum, Scaling frameworks (Safe, Less, Scrum@Scale, Nexus), Kanban, XP, Lean, Complexity/System Thinking Theory
• Minimum 2 years of professional experience as a Scrum Master
• Excellent command of spoken and written English as well as a good level of German (B2)
• Autonomous, reliable and communicative team player
