Job Description:
- Design, implementation and maintenance of complex corporate network environments
- Configuration and administration of firewalls, routing, switching, WLAN, proxy servers, load balancers and SIEM tools
- Support with network protocols and services (TCP/IP, VPNs, SD-WAN, BGP, OSPF, VLANs)
- Use of network monitoring and analysis tools to ensure stability and performance
- Management of authentication systems and certificate solutions
- Close collaboration with international teams on projects and service requests (approx. 40% of the workload)
- Optional involvement in hybrid cloud networking (Azure, Terraform) as the company expands its cloud environment
Your Profile:
- Completed technical education (university, FH, or equivalent) in IT, networks, or similar
- Several years of professional experience as a network engineer in corporate environments
- Solid expertise in network architectures, protocols and services
- Knowledge of Linux and Windows operating systems
- Hands-on experience with tools such as Wireshark or similar
- Relevant certifications (e.g., Fortinet NSE, Cisco CCNP/CCIE, Microsoft Azure) are an advantage
- Strong communication skills, problem-solving mindset, and structured working approach
- English (B2/C1); German knowledge is helpful but not required
