<ul>
<li>Als Business Analyst unterstützt Du die Projektmanger/innen bei der Planung, Steuerung und Kontrolle der Projekte.</li>
<li>Du bist für das Requirements Engineering zuständig, analysierst Prozess und erstellst Konzepte.</li>
<li>Du analysierst Gaps für die Entwicklung und arbeitest mit dem Developement zusammen.</li>
<li>Das Konfigurieren der Softwarelösungen für die Kunden sowie das Testmanagement und die Dokumentation gehören ebenso zu deinen Aufgaben. </li>
</ul>

<p><span style="color:#e74c3c;"><strong>Deine Aufgaben als Software-Projektmanager:in</strong>:</span></p>

<ul>
<li>Als technische/r Projektleiter/in stehst Du in engem Austausch mit namhaften Kunden aus verschiedensten Ländern (von Malaysiern bis Mexiko).</li>
<li>Du bist zuständig für die Projektplanung sowie für das Requirements Engineering und arbeitest teilweise beim Customizing des Produkts mit.</li>
<li>Anschließend übernimmst Du die Roll-Outs der Software-Lösungen in Java im Bereich Warenlogistik bei den Kunden.</li>
<li>In Zusammenarbeit mit einem kompetenten Softwareentwicklungs-, Support- und Vertriebsteam planst und koordinierst Du deine Projekte bis zum Roll-Out.</li>
</ul>
<p>Mit dieser Ausschreibung möchten wir sowohl Business Analyst:innen als auch erfahrene Projektleiter:innen ansprechen. Du bist kommunikativ und hast Freude an der Zusammenarbeit im Team sowie mit Kunden? Dann qualifizierst Du dich für diese Position, wenn Du noch folgende Kriterien erfüllst:</p>

<li>Abgeschlossene IT-Ausbildung (HTL/FH/Uni)</li>
<li>Gute Kenntnisse in objektorientieren Programmiersprachen, SQL und relationalen Datenbanken</li>
<li>Berufserfahrung im Projektmanagement oder in der Business Analyse von Vorteil</li>
<li>Freude am Reisen (gut planbar, ca. 10 %)</li>
