You are experienced in object-oriented software development (system analysis, design, programming, testing, documentation and maintenance) and operational application support for equipment automation and systems integration in the semiconductor manufacturing field test or willing to learn from an experienced team buddy.

As a Specialist System Developer you will work closely with our manufacturing engineers to improve existing manufacturing processes via IT systems and to drive innovation, optimization and the continuous improvement of manufacturing IT systems in the testing area.

In your new role you will:
  • Provide operational application support for equipment automation and systems integration in the semiconductor manufacturing field
  • Work closely with manufacturing engineers to improve existing manufacturing processes via IT systems
  • Drive innovation, optimization, and continuous improvement of manufacturing IT systems in the testing area
  • Learn from an experienced team buddy (if not already experienced in the field)

You are best equipped for this task if you have:
  • A degree (Bachelor/Master) in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology or its related fields
  • You convince by your knowledge of:
    • Programming languages: e.g. Java, C#, C/C++, Visual Basic, (C Shell, Perl)
    • Operating systems: Windows, Linux
    • As well as your knowledge of IT software development processes
  • Knowledge of the SEMI standards for equipment automation and equipment integration (as an advantage)
  • Work experience in IT/Automation in a manufacturing environment (as an advantage)
  • Strong technical troubleshooting abilities
  • Excellent communication, customer orientation and interpersonal skills
  • German and English (Business Fluent) skills
We offer competitive salaries and additional benefits based on your performance, experience and qualification. The employment is in accordance with the collective salary and wage agreement for employees of the electrical and electronics industry, employment group F (https://www.feei.at/wp-content/uploads/2023/05/minimum-salaries-white-c…). The monthly salary is paid 14 times p.a. We offer a higher compensation depending on your expertise and skills.
