Sie wachsen Schrittweise in das abwechslungsreiche Aufgabengebiet hinein und arbeiten eng mit dem Produktionsleiter zusammen. Dabei übernehmen Sie folgende Tätigkeiten:

Auftrags- und Produktionsplanung (inkl. Datenauswertung und -analyse)
Personalführung: "Feuerlöschen" bei auftretenden Problemen, Urlaubsfreigabe etc.
Planung- und Durchführung von Bewerbungsgesprächen mit Produktionsmitarbeitern
Vertretung des Produktionsleiters im Urlaubs- oder Krankheitsfall
Enge Zusammenarbeit mit den Vorarbeitern und anderen internen Abteilungen
