- Annahme & Kategorisierung der eingehenden Kundenanfragen rund um die eigens entwickelte Software-Lösung (via Ticketsystem)
- Erkennung und idealerweise eigenständige Lösung diverser Problems in Abstimmung mit Kunden oder Weitergabe an Kollegen (inkl. Ausarbeitung des Use Cases)
- Erweiterung der vorhandenen Knowledge-Base
- Schnittstelle zu 3rd Level Support, Software Development und externen Dienstleistern
Du bist ein verantwortungsbewusster und kommunikationsstarker Mensch, der sich in neue Themengebiete reinfuchst und gerne mit Menschen in Kontakt steht? Super! Zudem solltest du noch folgende Kriterien erfüllen:
- Abgeschlossene IT-Ausbildung (Lehre, Fachschule, HAK-IT, HTL)
- Erste Berufserfahrung von Vorteil
- Knowhow im Bereich Client (v.a. Smartphones (iOS, Android), Betriebssysteme (Windows, Mac) und Netzwerktechnik (Firewalls)
- Sehr gute Deutsch- sowie Englischkenntnisse
