Talent Acquisition Assistant with IT Background (Temporary - 1 to 3 Months | Fully Remote | m/f/d)


Your Responsibilities​:

  • Support recruitment processes: post ads, screen CVs, schedule interviews
  • Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS)
  • Assist with onboarding documentation and coordination
  • Liaise with internal teams and hiring managers to ensure smooth hiring workflows
  • Conduct initial outreach and communications with candidates
  • Provide general support to the HR and talent acquisition team




Your Profile​:

  • Previous experience in recruitment, HR, or administrative support
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality
  • Familiarity with recruitment platforms and remote collaboration tools
  • Detail-oriented, responsive, and professional
  • Fluent in English (working language); German intermediate

We Offer​:

  • Contract type: Temporary (1-3 months)
  • Working hours: 7 hours/day
  • Location: Fully remote (EU)
  • Compensation: approx. €3,260-€3,490 per month
  • Potential for permanent hire: Yes
  • Equipment: Must have own laptop and internet access
