Als Head of Affiliates Accounting sind Sie gemeinsam mit Ihrem Team für die Rechnungswesenprozesse in den weltweit angesiedelten Affiliates zuständig:</p>

<ul>
<li>Personelle und fachliche Führung von ca. 7 Mitarbeiter:innen in unterschiedlichen Ländern</li>
<li>Koordination der Buchhaltungen nach lokalem Recht und IFRS</li>
<li>Durchführung der monatlichen Konsolidierung</li>
<li>Mitarbeit bei der Erstellung des Konzernjahresabschlusses nach IFRS</li>
<li>Unterstützung im Budgetierungsprozess</li>
<li>Weiterentwicklung und Optimierung der Finance-Prozesse sowie Sicherstellung hoher Qualitätsstandards</li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung (vorzugsweise Uni/FH)</li>
<li>mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Bereich Rechnungswesen bzw. Konsolidierung/Bilanzierung</li>
<li>praktische IFRS-Kenntnisse</li>
<li>sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse</li>
<li>Führungserfahrung</li>
<li>Lösungsorientierung, Hands-On-Mentalität, ganzheitliches Denken</li>
