Unser Kunde woom ist auf der Suche nach einem Teamlead IT-Business Solutions, der ein Team von vier Business AnalystInnen leiten wird. Das Team beschäftigt sich mit sämtlichen IT-Business Solutions, rund um Dynamics365 sowie um die Steuerung externer internationaler Partner.
Deine Aufgaben umfassen:
- Koordination der Betreuung aller Applikationen im Unternehmen
- Weiterentwicklung und Ausbau der Dynamics365 Module
- Release Management und die Einhaltung von ITIL4 Standards innerhalb der Projektabwicklung
- Ausbau des Teams und Einführung neuer Prozesse
- Reporting an die IT-Leitung über die Zielerreichung
- Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im ERP-Consulting oder der ERP-Beratung (Dynamics365 Erfahrung ist von Vorteil)
- Sehr gutes Verständnis für digitale Geschäftsprozesse
- Idealerweise erste Erfahrung in der Leitung von Teams und Projekten
- Ausgezeichnete Englischkenntnisse und gute Deutschkenntnisse
