Doka´s digital solutions include a wide range of digital services (SAAS, IOT,…) where our flagship initiative, Doka 360, is a customer-centric SaaS platform designed to support construction professionals throughout the entire lifecycle—from engineering and demand to logistics, material tracking, and returns.
As Group Technical Lead (m/f/d) at Doka, you will take on the most important technical leadership role in the organizational structure of our digital development teams. You will lead our architects and Software & IOT developers to peak performance and ensure that technical excellence, clear direction and a strong team culture go hand in hand. In this key position, you will be the central strategic and technical anchor point of our technical organization and enjoy a high reputation throughout the company.
Your focus will be on developing people and teams and shaping an organization that sets technological and cultural standards.
What You'll Do – Your Responsibilities
- Ensure technical excellence: Ensure clear technical decisions and strategic architecture decisions in close coordination with the Senior Technical Architect.
- Overall technical leadership: Management and coaching of several development teams and architects with clarity, empathy and a high level of professional competence.
- Develop employees: Individual support for your team members to fully exploit their potential.
- Organizational Building: Designing a technical organization that is scalable, agile, and future-proof.
- Strengthen team culture: Build a culture of trust, open communication, and continuous improvement.
- Enabling Results: Helping teams achieve ambitious goals and overcome challenges.
Your profile
- Experience: Several years of successful leadership and development of technical teams, including management of architects and developers.
- Leadership competence: Strong coaching and communication skills, organisational talent and prioritisation skills.
- Technical foundation: Solid understanding of key technologies like C# / .NET, Azure cloud infrastructure, and React – you don't need to code, but you can challenge and support those who do.
- Architectural awareness: Confident grasp of microservice architectures, API design, and scalable systems – you're a sparring partner for architects, not a bystander.
- Technical leadership experience: You've successfully led teams through complex technical environments and know how to grow organizations both structurally and culturally.
- Way of working: Strategic, visionary, empathetic, structured and motivating with a role model effect.
- Languages: Very good knowledge of German and English.

For this position, we offer a market-compliant salary based on your qualifications and relevant professional experience.
We are legally required to state the minimum salary for this position. According to the collective agreement for the wood processing industry, the annual gross minimum salary for a full-time position is EUR 52,344 .
