We're looking for a dedicated Team Assistant to support key areas and leaders across the Umdasch Group — including Global HR, Digitalization, Growth, Communication, Strategy and Operations.
As a Team Assistant, you'll play a central role in keeping things running smoothly — from managing schedules and travel plans to preparing presentations and keeping the office space welcoming and well-organized. You'll be a go-to person for coordination, communication, and getting things done.
This position is available starting from 30 hours per week.
Key responsibilities:
- Taking care of the office space — making sure coffee, printers, plants, and outdoor seating areas are set up to create a warm and pleasant atmosphere
- Handling general administrative tasks
- Organizing and booking travel (flights, hotels, transfers, etc.)
- Managing calendars and scheduling meetings
- Preparing documents and materials for meetings and workshops
- Creating presentations (e.g. PowerPoint, Canva)
- Supporting with evaluations and simple data analysis
- Maintaining internal lists, overviews, and tracking sheets
- Taking ownership of small-scale projects from start to finish
- Experience in a similar assistant, office management, or team support role is a plus
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Friendly, team-oriented personality with a hands-on mindset
- Confidence in working with MS Office tools (especially Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel)
- Good written and spoken communication skills in German and English
- Independent and structured way of working

- For this position, we offer a market-compliant salary based on your qualifications and relevant professional experience.
We are legally required to state the minimum salary for this position. According to the collective agreement for the wood processing industry, the annual gross minimum salary for a full-time position is EUR 38,430 .
