- Du bist die erste Ansprechperson im Rahmen des 1st Level Support für die vorhandenen Business Applikationen sowie im Client-Server-Umfeld
- Du diagnostizierst und findest Lösungen für technische Probleme und Anfragen unserer Benutzer:innen
- Du installierst, konfigurierst und wartest Softwareanwendungen und Betriebssysteme
- Du stattest unsere Kund:innen vor Ort mit allen nötigen Hardwarekomponenten aus
- Du bringst idealerweise eine IT-Ausbildung und Erfahrung im IT-Support (Hard- und/oder Softwarebetreuung) mit
- Du bist vertraut mit TeamViewer/Active Directory
- Du verfügst über sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse
- Du kommunizierst klar und stellst den Kund:innen immer eine verständliche Lösung zur Verfügung, dabei steht Qualität an vorderster Stelle
- Du bist ein Teamplayer und zeigst Eigeninitiative
- Du hast einen Führerschein der Klasse B, um gelegentlich zu österreichweiten Kund:innen fahren zu können (ggf. mit Übernachtung)
