- Entgegennahme von Störungen per E-Mail oder Telefon
- Verwaltung der über das System eingehenden Tickets
- Verfolgen und Beheben von Störungen und Problemfällen
- Mitarbeit bei Wartung und Betrieb der IT-Infrastrukturen
- Weiterleitung von Tickets an den 2nd Level Support
- Erfolgreich abgeschlossene IT Ausbildung (Lehre oder HTL)
- Optional: erste Berufserfahrung im IT-Support
- Erste Berührungspunkte mit Client- und Server-Technologien im Microsoft-Umfeld
- Sehr gute Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse
