- Leadership: Sie übernehmen die Führung und Einsatzplanung eines kompakten Teams, fördern Weiterentwicklung und stellen eine produktive Arbeitsatmosphäre sicher.
- Kundenmanagement & Akquise: Sie sind verantwortlich für die Betreuung von Bestands- sowie Neukunden und gewinnen dabei neue Aufträge durch Akquisition.
- Projektmanagement: Sie arbeiten aktiv an Projekten mit und planen, projektieren und realisieren anspruchsvolle HKLS-Projekte. Zudem bringen Sie Ihr fundiertes Wissen als Konsulent für externe Stakeholder ein.

- Abgeschlossene Ausbildung im Bereich HKLS (HTL/Meisterbrief)
