In all deinen Tätigkeiten verwendest du die speziell entwickelte, innovative, hauseigene Software unseres Kunden und erreichst dadurch ein neues Level an Effizienz:
- Professionelle Bauwerksdokumentation: Erstellung von Bauwerksbüchern gem. §128a Wiener BO
- Umfassende Bauwerkserhebung: Durchführung von Erhebungen nach §128 Wiener BO
- Detaillierte Objektdokumentation: Sorgfältige Dokumentation sämtlicher Bauwerksdaten während der Ausführung - für maximale Transparenz und Nachvollziehbarkeit
- Technische und baurechtliche Überprüfungen: Aktive Mitwirkung bei Kontrollen von Wohn- und Nichtwohngebäuden auf technische sowie baurechtlich relevante Sicherheitsmängel
- Wartungs- und Prüfbücher: Dokumentation von Anlagen, Komponenten und Aufbauten im Rahmen der Erstellung von Wartungs- und Prüfbüchern
- Abgeschlossene bautechnische Ausbildung (HTL/FH/Uni)
- Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Bauingenieurwesen von Vorteil
- Selbstständige Arbeitsweise, offener Charakterzug und kommunikative Persönlichkeit
- Affinität für IT und Digitalisierung - du arbeitest gerne mit modernen Tools
- Gelegentliche Reisebereitschaft und Führerschein B
