Du verantwortest zusammen mit deinen Teamkollegen die kompetente Betreuung und Beratung der Kunden vor Ort. Konkret erwarten dich dabei folgende Aufgaben:
- Unterstützung bei der Auswahl des perfekten Schuhs inkl. Analyse der Fußgesundheit und des Ganges
- Fertigung der individuellen Einlagen zur Unterstützung des Bewegungsapparates
- Abhalten von anschließenden Kontrollterminen zur Überprüfung der Wirksamkeit
- Administrative Tätigkeiten wie u.a. Telefonkorrespondenz, Terminkoordination, Wareneingabe und Lagerverwaltung
- Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung von Vorteil
- Erfahrung im Handel, Gesundheits-/Dienstleistungssektor oder in einem handwerklichen Beruf
- Sehr gute Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse
- Versierter Umgang mit dem PC
- Kommunikative, teamfähige und serviceorientierte Persönlichkeit
